PT Pancasona Dayasakti is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Bahan Bangunan to join our growing team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. As a key player in the retail and consumer products sector, we are committed to delivering high-quality construction materials to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales and possesses the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and individual customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by effectively promoting our product portfolio. You will engage in direct sales activities, provide expert product presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to delivery. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing business receivables and maintaining accurate sales records. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in the construction sector.
- Visit construction sites and meet with contractors to understand their material requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present product catalogs, demonstrate material samples, and explain technical specifications to clients.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure sales agreements.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Collect and manage business receivables (piutang usaha) according to company policy.
- Maintain a professional relationship with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and update the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, hardware, or retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based environment.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel to various locations in Bekasi and surrounding areas.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or receivables management is an advantage.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
