Secure Equipment Corporation is looking for a highly organized Construction Production Control Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Lapu-Lapu City. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production activities at our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary link between the field team and management, managing schedules, tracking material usage, and reporting progress accurately. This role requires a proactive individual who can solve problems on the fly and maintain a safe working environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure strict adherence to project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align production goals with overall project objectives.
- Manage material inventories and logistics to prevent site downtime and shortages.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, production logs, and material usage summaries.
- Enforce strict safety and quality control standards on-site to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to resolve logistical issues.
- Maintain organized records of site activities and coordinate site meetings as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in production control, site supervision, or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Willingness to work on-site, adapt to shifting priorities, and travel within the region.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicle is a plus.
