- Coordinate daily construction activities, production schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor and track material deliveries, equipment utilization, and labor resources on-site, resolving discrepancies as they arise.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, production challenges, and potential delays.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive production reports, progress updates, and essential project documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations across all production phases.
- Support the procurement team in verifying material specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Facilitate team meetings and briefings to disseminate information and gather feedback on production status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a production coordination or project support role within the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling methodologies, and site logistics.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local construction safety standards and quality control protocols.
