Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project activities between Johor office and Singapore site stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure compliance with specifications
- Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or risks
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
- Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams
- Manage resource allocation and material logistics efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of construction project coordination experience
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-border project coordination experience preferred
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous
- Knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and standards
