In this night shift position, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers, you'll coordinate all aspects of project management, including pre-contract setup, project initiation, execution, and closeout.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Project Managers and Engineers in all project phases, from pre-contract setup and initiation through execution and closeout
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
- Track project progress and identify potential issues or delays
- Monitor project quality and compliance with safety standards
- Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders
- Assist in resolving technical and logistical issues during construction
- Coordinate with government agencies for necessary permits and approvals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project coordination
- Familiarity with construction project management software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours
