Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Enforce rigorous quality control and safety protocols on-site in compliance with national standards.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, and progress billings.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Professional License (e.g., Civil Engineer, Architect) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction management, preferably in heavy civil or vertical construction.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects worth at least PHP 50 Million.
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and budget management.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
