Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring strict alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Review project blueprints, technical specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work and required resources.
- Determine and manage project budgets, schedules, and key milestones to ensure cost control and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with on-site managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building and safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, operational delays, or personnel issues on site promptly.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar leadership role.
- Valid Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, scheduling, and cost control principles.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, legal regulations, and safety standards in the Philippines.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
