Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to maintain project schedules.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses to prevent cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship.
- Resolve on-site issues and technical challenges promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders and company leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards in Malaysia.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
