Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical experts to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their construction needs.
- Drive technical sales by identifying opportunities and demonstrating the value of Hilti products.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, estimates, and proposals.
- Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical training to customers and internal teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management, technical sales, or engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Jakarta Raya region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
