DCI Indonesia, the leading data center infrastructure provider in Indonesia, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project HSE Officer to join our team in Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) are maintained across our state-of-the-art data center construction and expansion projects.
As a Project HSE Officer, you will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and third-party contractors to foster a zero-harm safety culture. Your primary focus will be to ensure all vendors develop, present, and strictly execute comprehensive HSE plans prior to project commencement, conducting rigorous risk assessments and routine audits to safeguard all personnel and assets on-site. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and approve HSE Plans, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Risk Assessments submitted by vendors and contractors prior to mobilization.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, tool-box meetings, and regular site audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.
- Investigate site incidents, near-misses, and hazards, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop, implement, and deliver HSE training programs and safety inductions for employees, visitors, and contractor personnel.
- Monitor and report HSE performance metrics, including incident rates and audit findings, to the Project Manager and regional HSE leadership.
- Ensure all necessary environmental permits and safety equipment certifications are maintained and valid on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in heavy construction, high-tech infrastructure, or data center projects.
- Must hold a valid Ahli K3 Umum (General OHS Specialist) certification from Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian OHS laws, government regulations, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to manage contractor compliance effectively.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia.
