Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of project milestones.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress effectively.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management assessments to identify and minimize potential project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and status updates for management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing or construction.
- Strong understanding of technical processes and production lifecycles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management software tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
