Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee water and wastewater project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with internalmultidisciplinary teams and external contractors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry codes.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, progress reports, and milestones to key stakeholders and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering sector.
- Specific experience of at least 3 years in water and wastewater project management.
- Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Valid professional registration or license in Malaysia.
