You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive schedules using industry-standard tools. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Analyze critical paths and identify potential schedule risks, proposing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate site progress and material delivery timelines.
- Prepare regular performance reports, including variance analysis and progress updates for senior management.
- Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements and project milestones.
- Monitor site activities to ensure baseline alignment and resource optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure seamless phase transitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate scheduling challenges and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
