Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with technical specifications and blueprints
- Perform material testing and quality assessments for concrete, steel, and other construction elements
- Document non-conformances and implement corrective action plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve quality issues
- Maintain detailed quality control reports and photographic documentation
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and international safety standards
- Pre-completion verification of all structural and finishing components
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction quality control
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction documents
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian SNI standards and international building codes
- Experience with quality testing equipment and methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote construction sites
