Destiny Holdings (M) is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Construction Site Engineer to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to the highest quality standards. We are looking for a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between the design team and the field workers, managing site logistics and resolving on-site challenges effectively.
As a Construction Site Engineer, you will play a key role in project planning, monitoring progress against timelines, and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, and clients, to guarantee project milestones are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities and operations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and quality issues.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily site reports, including labor and material logs.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges that arise during the construction process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and relevant building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid engineering certification/license is preferred.
