- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all site activities

- Conduct regular site inspections, progress evaluations, and quality control assessments

Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in A1 construction projects
- Valid certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices
- Proven expertise in managing construction budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, BCA regulations, and industry standards
