Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site
- Manage and train construction teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and resources as necessary
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines
