Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure project schedules are met.
- Supervise and mentor sub-contractors and site workers to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager regularly.
- Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and procedures on site.
- Manage the deployment of materials, equipment, and machinery efficiently.
- Solve on-site technical issues or operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction site supervision or a related field.
- Relevant certification in Construction Safety (e.g., BCSS) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor site environments.
- Proficiency in basic computer software for reporting and documentation.
