Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily construction site operations, ensuring projects proceed according to plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure the quality of work meets required standards and specifications through regular inspections and quality control checks.
- Manage site resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure clear communication and compliance.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, incident reports, and material usage records.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or a similar supervisory role in civil or building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, techniques, and relevant local building codes and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, CIDB).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex on-site problems efficiently and effectively.
- Possession of relevant construction certifications (e.g., Site Safety Supervisor certificate) or a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to work flexible hours as required by project demands.
