Tanggung Jawab
- Manage receiving, inspection, and documentation of all incoming construction materials
- Coordinate material issuance to project sites based on requisition requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation protocols
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and returns
- Prepare monthly inventory reports and stock optimization recommendations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards for material storage
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 25kg) and work in outdoor conditions
- Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
