Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors and site personnel to maintain high productivity levels.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols (OSHA/DOSH standards) across all project phases.
- Monitor material usage and equipment maintenance to minimize wastage and operational downtime.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports for project managers.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and bottlenecks promptly to prevent project delays.
- Ensure all construction documentation and daily logs are accurately maintained.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical construction processes and structural safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams on-site.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project schedules.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills in English and Malay.
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., Green Card/CIDB) are highly preferred.
