Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities and crew members to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless workflow
- Monitor material inventory and equipment usage to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain construction standards
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or site management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Valid construction safety certification (e.g., OSHA 30-hour)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
