As a Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution phases of construction projects. Your work ensures that structures are built exactly as designed, minimizing errors and ensuring safety compliance. We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger engineering team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed topographical surveys of construction sites to determine terrain and existing conditions.
- Set out and mark construction boundaries, levels, and alignment points based on engineering drawings.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the approved survey plans and specifications.
- Operate and manage surveying equipment, including Total Stations, Theodolites, and GPS/GNSS systems.
- Process and analyze survey data to produce accurate reports, maps, and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve any discrepancies in field measurements.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with local safety regulations and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying.
- Proven experience in construction surveying, preferably with a recognized engineering firm in Jakarta.
- Proficiency in using Total Stations (Leica, Topcon, Trimble) and surveying software.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design drafting software is highly preferred.
- Valid SIUP (Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan) and NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) if required by local law.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
