In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in managing the complex tax landscape for our international assignees, ensuring global compliance, and providing strategic financial support to our mobile workforce.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process for international mobile assignees, including shadow payroll and year-end reporting.
- Collaborate with the Global Mobility Tax Manager to ensure accurate tax equalization calculations and cost projections.
- Review and analyze complex compensation packages for assignees to ensure alignment with local and international tax laws.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external tax advisors, ensuring all deliverables are met with precision and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Prepare detailed tax briefings and communication materials for mobile employees to ensure full understanding of their tax obligations.
- Conduct internal audits of mobility-related financial records to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies that mitigate financial risk for both the company and the assignees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate tax, specifically focusing on global mobility or international individual taxation.
- In-depth knowledge of cross-border tax issues, including tax treaties, totalization agreements, and international assignment structures.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with global mobility management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, capable of handling sensitive and confidential employee data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multinational corporate environment.
