Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for banking/payment clients, from strategy to execution
- Design and implement modern payment infrastructure solutions including real-time processing and digital wallets
- Advise C-suite stakeholders on technology strategy, regulatory compliance (PSD2, etc.), and digital innovation
- Manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and business analysts to deliver complex programs
- Conduct technology assessments, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies for transformation initiatives
- Drive agile methodologies and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery cycles
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years in IT consulting with 4+ years in management roles, specifically within banking/payment domains
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale IT transformation projects in financial services
- Deep expertise in payment systems (ISO 20022, SWIFT, real-time rails) and banking technologies
- Strong background in cloud migration, API integration, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Certifications in PMP, TOGAF, or AWS/Azure cloud architecture preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence executive decision-makers
- Experience with regulatory environments (MAS, PSD2, PCI-DSS) and compliance-driven transformations
