Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls from clients and their families with empathy and professionalism.
- Actively listen to customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback to provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the internal homecare operations team to escalate complex issues and ensure follow-through.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our homecare service offerings to provide informative and helpful responses.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards, response time targets, and data privacy protocols.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing common customer concerns to help improve our service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer operation and data entry.
- Ability to work in a contract-based position with a commitment to maintaining service excellence.
- Empathetic personality with a genuine desire to assist others in a healthcare or homecare context.
- Residing in or willing to work daily in the Yogyakarta area.
