Tanggung Jawab
- Provide world-class customer service to HSBC global clients via inbound and outbound channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding banking products, account security, and financial transactions with high accuracy.
- Navigate multiple internal systems to process requests, update account information, and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and HSBC's internal banking protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle complex situations with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving skills.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in any field or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre or BPO environment, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask across various digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an onsite environment with rotating shifts.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to attend our onsite Open House events on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays in Quezon City.
