Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to recover outstanding claims from customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to claim payments and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and recovery activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex cases
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets for recovery rates
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in all recovery activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance recovery efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in customer service, collections, or recovery operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
