Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to recover outstanding claims from customers
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to claim payments and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and recovery activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex cases
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets for recovery rates
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in all recovery activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance recovery efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in customer service, collections, or recovery operations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
