- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve complex banking inquiries.
- Analyze customer needs and provide accurate financial information while adhering to strict compliance standards.
- Maintain high levels of operational efficiency and meet daily productivity targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution of account issues.

Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work onsite on a Friday & Saturday-focused shift pattern.
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software platforms simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Educational background: Bachelorβs degree in any field (preferred but not required).
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
- Valid government IDs and readiness for immediate onboarding.
