In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our digital presence, responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives and persuasive copy that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, film, edit, and publish content that not only boosts brand awareness but also drives meaningful engagement and sales across our digital platforms.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop engaging copywriting for social media captions, product descriptions, and ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and beauty industry benchmarks.
- Manage end-to-end content production, from scripting and filming to final editing and post-production.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Engage with the community by creating interactive content and responding to trends in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in content creation tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form video production (TikTok/Reels).
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a flair for creative and persuasive copywriting.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content distribution strategies.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
