Join The Numa Skin as a creative Content Creator and play a pivotal role in building our brand presence across social media platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement, and fostering a strong community around our skincare products. From conceptualizing ideas to executing visually stunning posts and videos, your work will directly impact our brand's growth and customer loyalty.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital storytelling, stays updated with the latest trends in beauty and skincare, and can bring fresh perspectives to our content strategy. As our Content Creator, you will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Produce high-quality visual and video content, including photography, editing, and graphics
- Manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts and engaging with the community
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain brand consistency across all content pieces
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role (portfolio required)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in Indonesian and/or English
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or Canva, and video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Knowledge of skincare or beauty industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
