Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a consistent content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of menu items, cafe ambiance, and daily operations.
- Edit engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) with trending audio and creative storytelling.
- Engage with the Doux Cafe online community by responding to comments and maintaining a positive brand voice.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, cafe industry news, and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the management team to promote special events, seasonal menus, and promotions.
- Analyze content performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize future posts.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven portfolio or passion for mobile photography and videography.
- Proficiency in video editing applications (e.g., CapCut, VN, or InShot).
- Strong creative flair with a keen eye for lighting, composition, and aesthetic trends.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram algorithms and current social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey brand personality online.
- A proactive "growth mindset"—ready to learn, experiment, and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work on-site at our Medan location.
