As our Content Creator, you will have the autonomy to shape our brand voice across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh ideas, write compelling scripts, and translate complex concepts into visually appealing stories. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, write, and execute daily content ideas, scripts, and storylines based on defined content pillars.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content alignment with overall business objectives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage the production timeline for all digital content, ensuring all assets are delivered on schedule.
- Edit and refine content (captions, scripts, or basic visuals) to maintain consistent brand tone and quality.
- Analyze content performance metrics to provide insights and improve future content effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, emerging platform features, and best practices in digital marketing.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet daily deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Photoshop) is a significant advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and digital marketing trends.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
