Tanggung Jawab
- Develop visually stunning and engaging content, including images, short videos, and reels for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Write compelling, SEO-friendly copy, captions, and scripts that resonate with our target audience and align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to optimize content strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyze performance metrics and report on the results of online campaigns to drive continuous improvement and inform future content decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and align content creation with broader business goals.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality posts across all channels.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or Digital Marketer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
