Tanggung Jawab
- Develop original content concepts aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences
- Execute end-to-end content production including filming, photography, and post-production editing
- Create multimedia content for diverse platforms (social media, websites, digital campaigns)
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials using design software
- Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with campaign strategies
- Analyze content performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Communications, Design, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional content creation experience
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical capabilities
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media trends
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and deadline adherence skills
- Basic knowledge of video lighting, composition, and color grading
