Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, produce, and execute creative content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing strategies and brand objectives.
- Capture and edit high-quality photo and video assets using professional tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva).
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and boost engagement.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to ensure brand relevance.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or mobile editing apps like CapCut and Canva.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for growth hacking.
- Excellent command of the Indonesian language (written and verbal) with a talent for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate a high level of creativity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent visual branding.
- Based in or willing to work in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
