Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital trends? Cahaya Optima Karya is looking for a dynamic and innovative Content Creator to join our growing team in Gambir, Jakarta. In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat of our brand, responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and distributing high-impact visual and written content that drives engagement and promotes our business initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the nuances of various digital platforms, and has an eye for aesthetic detail. You will work closely with our marketing team to turn brand visions into reality, ensuring that every piece of content resonates with our target audience and supports our growth objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and produce engaging content (photo, video, and copy) for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Film and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) that capture audience attention.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual identity with promotional business goals.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future creative output.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels through professional tone and visual style.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative video editing skills and aesthetic photography.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or Lightroom.
- Deep understanding of current social media algorithms and content trends, especially for TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to brainstorm creative ideas independently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
