- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Produce high-quality visual content including photography, videography, and graphic design
- Create compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and marketing copy
- Monitor content performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum engagement
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create campaign-specific content
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends and content innovations
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in content creation for beauty or FMCG brands
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling capabilities
- Expertise in social media algorithms and content optimization
- Excellent command of written Indonesian and English
- Experience with SEO principles and content analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
