Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, produce, and edit creative content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage end-to-end content production, from conceptualization and scripting to filming and final post-production.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging social media features.
- Engage with the community by monitoring comments and maintaining a positive brand presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with seasonal promotions and product launches.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future output.
- Ensure all creative assets align with the brand identity of Mega Ponsel Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in mobile videography and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Excellent creative storytelling, copywriting, and visual composition skills.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful video content projects (please provide links).
- Based in or willing to work in Kabupaten Bandung.
