Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce high-quality visual content, including short-form videos, high-resolution images, and graphics, tailored for social media and web platforms.
- Manage and curate daily content for company social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to maximize audience engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts, campaign themes, and storytelling angles that align with brand identity.
- Edit raw footage and images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva) to ensure a polished and professional final product.
- Conduct market research to identify trending topics, viral content styles, and audience preferences specific to the Bali market.
- Analyze performance metrics and engagement data to refine content strategies and improve future output.
- Assist in the production of promotional materials for events and corporate communications.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or Digital Marketing Associate, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut) and graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A deep understanding of current digital trends, social media algorithms, and content consumption habits.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible environment and manage multiple projects efficiently under deadlines.
- A strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail in color grading, typography, and layout.
- Valid driver’s license (optional but preferred for on-location shoots in Bali).
