- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content for social media, blogs, and websites.
- Manage and curate content across various digital platforms to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future strategies and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify content opportunities and audience preferences.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Digital Marketer.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and basic photography/videography.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific content trends.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
