Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media channels.
- Create a consistent monthly content calendar aligned with company marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, viral audio, and platform-specific algorithm changes.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and maintaining a positive brand tone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content to provide insights for future strategy.
- Ensure all content reflects the professional and innovative image of PT Raja Sukses Propertindo.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Expertise in operating a smartphone camera and basic lighting for content production.
- Excellent command of creative writing and storytelling in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of social media platform dynamics and best practices.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cirebon, Jawa Barat.
