Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, create, and edit high-quality video and graphic content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Design visually appealing visuals, banners, and infographics that align with the Brilliant Think Center brand identity.
- Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure timely publication of posts.
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize future content strategies.
- Capture and edit raw footage to create polished, professional video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, video editing, and graphic design to keep content fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual work and storytelling ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and best practices.
