Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for all major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Write engaging, SEO-friendly copy for blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional emails.
- Design and edit high-quality visual content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to ensure all content aligns with the Paperpen Stationery brand identity.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Manage the company’s digital presence by scheduling posts and interacting with the community.
- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Specialist.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in both writing and graphic design.
- Excellent command of the English and Indonesian language with a focus on grammar and style.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for stationery, stationery culture, and creative arts.
