Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce engaging digital content including social media posts, blogs, videos, and email campaigns
- Design, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and content opportunities
- Manage social media communities by responding to inquiries and fostering audience engagement
- Create compelling visual assets using design tools to support marketing initiatives
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to refine our approach
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in content creation and digital advertising with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems
- Experience with advertising platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Indonesian digital market trends and consumer behavior
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
