As a Content Creator and Host, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence. You will not only produce high-quality video and visual assets but also lead live streaming events that connect us directly with our customers. Your ability to interact authentically with viewers, answer questions in real-time, and create a lively atmosphere is essential. You will work closely with the marketing department to ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and business goals, helping us to expand our reach and influence in the competitive Indonesian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute engaging live streaming sessions on platforms such as Instagram Live, TikTok Live, and Facebook Live.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing video and photo content for social media channels and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the daily social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Interact with followers, answer comments and questions in real-time, and foster a strong sense of community.
- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve audience engagement rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives.
- Research trending topics and formats to keep the brand content fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Host, or similar role with a focus on live streaming.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills with the ability to engage an audience.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot) and graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage live events effectively with minimal preparation time.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred.
