- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and adapting to emerging beauty trends and viral social media challenges.
- Develop creative scripts, storyboards, and content pillars for new product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and engagement levels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, hosting Q&A sessions, and participating in live streaming events.
- Organize and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist, specifically within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Expertise in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, VN) and proficiency with professional software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Confident on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of beauty brand photography and videography styles.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts or creating content that achieves high engagement.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and social media marketing best practices.
