Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media trends? PT Tempat Berkarya Indonesia is seeking a talented and dynamic Content Creator to join our creative team. In this freelance role, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling on TikTok and Instagram.
Your responsibilities will span the entire content lifecycle, from the initial spark of an idea to the final polished post. You will need to be a trend-spotter, a skilled scriptwriter, a competent filmmaker, and an expert editor. We are looking for someone who can translate our brand vision into engaging, viral-worthy content that resonates with our audience.
If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of current social media algorithms, and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative concepts and write engaging scripts for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content using industry-standard tools.
- Research and implement the latest social media trends to maximize engagement and reach.
- Manage the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to publishing.
- Capture high-quality photography and video assets for various marketing campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement metrics.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and voice that aligns with the company brand.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or Videographer.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for short-form video.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and trending sounds.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of lighting and photography equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
