You won't just be behind the scenes; you'll have the opportunity to appear on camera, master the art of short-form video editing, and gain hands-on experience in high-impact marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and who understands how to translate brand goals into viral-worthy content. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging social media content across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Appear on-camera for brand videos, including tutorials, trend-based clips, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing videos using industry-standard software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative campaign ideas.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine future strategies.
- Assist in managing social media content calendars and community engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, audio memes, and platform algorithm changes.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous content creation or video editing projects.
- Proficiency in video editing mobile and desktop apps (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for brand-facing content.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and current digital trends in Indonesia.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
