Are you a charismatic personality with a passion for digital storytelling? PT Tiga Pilar Familia is looking for a creative, high-energy Content Creator & Live Host to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving engagement and conversion through compelling daily video content and interactive TikTok live sessions.
You will have the creative freedom to ideate, shoot, and edit trending content while analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media growth. We are seeking a storyteller who understands the fast-paced nature of TikTok and is comfortable in front of the camera, ready to engage with our community and turn viewers into loyal brand advocates.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality daily video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
- Host regular TikTok Live sessions to showcase products, answer customer inquiries, and drive real-time sales.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards that align with current social media trends and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and pivot strategies based on data insights.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints and community interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media platform updates, viral trends, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Influencer, or Live Streamer.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.
- Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar mobile-first editing apps).
- Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including algorithm trends, viral hooks, and community management.
- Creative thinker with the ability to ideate content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily content production targets.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
